Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton was born in Kent in Gravesend. Greater London. She is most famous for playing roles in films like Quantum of Solace, The Disappearance of Alice Creed, and a slew of others such as 'Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. Born in Gravesend (Kent), Greater London She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Her acting career began shortly after she was graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She first made an appearance in a comedic show called "St Trinian's". Her next film was "Quantum of Solace" which was a James Bond spy thriller. The film was a success commercially and was met with only average reviews. Her role as the lead in the action-fantasy movie 'Prince of Persia The Sands of Time" was her next. More recently, she played an important role in the French film 'Orphan'. Her work has been recognized for many awards. Her nomination was for the highly coveted Empire Award for best newcomer in the film Quantum of Solace and the Evening Standard Theatre Award for her role of Made in Dagenham.
